Order 3 sizes bigger than you need.
I ordered a size too big, as recommended, and it was still at least 2 sizes too small. Even though the shirt was small, the neck was huge. I would have just gotten 2 sizes bigger, because I really liked the feel of the material, but I can only imagine how big that neck would have been. Sending back.

Shirt is great material but it does take a lot of sweating to begin to see the effects. I'm not as huge sweater so I haven't seen it do its magic yet.

WAY TOO SMALL
WAY too small! Ordered a men’s XL and it’s the size of a youth shirt. Plus, you can see the “invisible” wording as if it’s not supposed to be sweated in to show. Thank goodness I have several other gifts for my husband and this was a last minute impromptu buy that won’t be missed.
