The quality is not great. The two smaller sizes completely slid into other compartments during shipping, one eye got lodged in the lid, wires are bent and lopsided (not hard to bend back into place) and not centered. Glass eyes are very flat looking and don't have much "following eyes" effect.Mostly bought these to figure out which size I wanted for my projects, will probably spring for higher quality eyes as I get more confidence in my needlefelting to avoid having nice animals with really dumb looking eyes, but currently my dumb quality felt animals will probably not be made worse by dumb looking eyes...

First impression: The items arrived in a dirty container, which wasn't factory sealed. Everything felt vaguely dusty, and all the eyes were clouded with dust. Sharp bits of glass, broken off in shipping, peppered the interior of the container's chambers. Many of the eyes are misshapen and some were even chipped. All of the posts on the back of the eyes seem to be made of cheap, sharp wire that I can already tell will actually get rusty in time.I'm not even sure this wasn't opened and returned by a previous customer. Frankly, I'm not sure there are even 100 pieces in this container, and I don't want to count them before I can clean everything. Long story short, I'd give these ones a pass. Lesson learned.

A stroke survivor with very limited use of my left side, I took up playing with clay just to see if it was possible. Still not sure, but I realized my creations needed eyes, so I ordered this set. You can paint the backs to get the color you want, and with the selection of sizes, there's a pair that will fit. My sculpting might be poor, but the eyes add a spark of fun otherwise unattainable!

Just received these glass eyes. I am not impressed. Some aren't even round, they're misshapen. The black iris are not all round, I didnt expect perfection but I did at least expect these to be more uniform. To be honest if I could send these back I would but I dont have a ups store within 40 miles from me, and that's where amazon asks things to be taken.

These glass eyes were obtained so that I could paint the color of each eye. To be used in wood carved owls. The eye pupils are equal and so are easy to match a pair. Didn't find any defects in the eyes. Will purchase again if needed.

I'm using these eyes for felting. I ordered clear, and i'll paint the backs with fingernail polish, getting exactly what I want. They came today, very quickly. Yeah Prime!The sizes were great and they seemed to match up fine. GREAT deal for the price.

Thicker Eyeballs than I expected which is not a bad thing. I was thinking I would custom paint the clear parts. We'll see how that goes! Good product. Is what it says!
