I can not used this item..launch x431 lV and i'm thinking of that this item should be returned to the seller because there's a lot of things to do before you can use it..not like other diagnostic machine..

I received my Launch x431IV it came with no dealer code so it makes it totally useless without one you can't register it.I called Launch they said it wasn't one of theres so I have to get a hold of Ucar Technology and hope they have a dealer code number.
