take care your USB socket is outputting enough AMPS
When I first connected the unit I was using a standard USB charger socket but that only puts out 1AMP.This unit needs at least 2 AMPS otherwise it wont operate a camera. Check the ampage output of your socket.

It's like infinite battery for your Sony Zv1!
This works wonders for the Sony Zv1 by the way.Sony are one of the best cameras for streaming, but their small batteries mean that I have to always swap the battery out every hour of stream.With this thing, we're good to go! Literally plug in and leave the battery flap open.No complaints at all - well... The cable looks a bit flimsy, easy for a toddler to break in seconds so be careful.

It works well.
I bought this to use with my Sony RX100 MK4 camera, specifically for time-lapse photography where the stock batteries just haven’t got the amount of juice I need. It connects to my Rav power bank and works just as described.

Not working
Doesn't work - tried on two ZV1 cameras, none worked. Seems like the small power supply is not workign as it doesn't give any voltage on the output.

Voltage output not clear
The box says the voltage output is 7.6/8.4/8.8V which would destroy my ZV-1 camera... I won't dare try it. This was advertised as output voltage 4.2V which would be safe to use. The device doesn't say, but the box indicates I was sent the wrong part...

Un indispensable
Étant donné que je stream sur de longues périodes, une batterie fantôme était juste ultra nécessaire.Absolument pas déçu de celle ci.Elle tient bien, une bonne longueur de câble et depuis quelques mois que je l'ai n'a posé aucun pb.Le seul hic, c'est de ne plus pouvoir fermer le clapet à batterie. Mais bon, on ne peut pas tout avoir!Si mon commentaire est utile n'hésitez pas à le "liker"! Merci merci!
