I am updating my previous review - OrientalMusicSanctuary is a reputable seller. This seller went out of their way to correct the issues/problems I had with my initial order. This seller is very responsive to buyer messages, they responded to my emails the same day almost immediately. This seller makes sure that buyers are completely satisfied with their purchase and will help their customers with any problems. I highly recommend making a purchase with this seller. This seller did everything to ensure I was happy with my purchase! I am very happy and I would make a purchase with them again in the future!What I purchased is not at all what arrived from this seller. The case for the erhu that arrived is not the one pictured in the ad. The item doesn't even not work! The screw to attach the bottom of the instrument is too short making it impossible to string the instrument properly. Very dissatisfied and disappointed! I waited over two months for it to arrive broken and unusable.
