 This is really a 3.5 star reviewTHE POSITIVE:The Jacket looks great and is exactly as pictured. I also often get compliments like other people in these reviews. The custom fit is awesome especially if you have an athletic/fit build with a wide chest and small waist. Things never fit off the rack in standard sizes. The customer service was great to make sure the measurements were accurate, and the jacket arrived with a great custom fit! Kudos :)YOU CAN ADJUST THE STRINGS WITH A LITTLE EXTRA STEP. The strings are each one big loop so you don’t have two free ends to tie up. Rather than cut it and make knots, I pulled the strings all to a position that was comfortable (arms and chest), adjusted them so the extra or excess string was at the top of the arms and chest and then pulled that extra bit down behind the flaps and visible strings. Then I wrapped a small piece of black velcro/tape around the part of this “extra” string that is just on the other side of the top loop so the strings will retain these positions and won’t get pulled back through.THE NEGATIVE:However, I have 2 issues that both result from the material of the jacket and 1 other small complaint.1. The material has a bit of stiff memory to it so if you sit in the car or at a chair the jacket will fold or bunch at the waist as jackets normally do. However, when you stand up, this one will retain a lot of that bend or fold from your seated position rather than freely falling back to a normal position. It is somewhat thinner than I expected. It leaves an odd looking belly bump. You can see this in the video. I then have to fold it back the other direction so it straightens out and doesn’t “scoop forward” away from my waist. As a result, I find myself taking the jacket off and carefully laying it flat on the back seat before driving anywhere and then put it back on once I arrive to avoid this “bending” at the waist. The same for sitting down at bars or restaurants. I have to always be sure to hang it on the back of a chair so it doesn’t bend. Which is a bummer because often times I’d rather keep it on because it looks so good, but not when the waist has a giant crease. I find this alone keeps me from wearing it as much as I want to.2. The material also seems to scratch very easily. I can’t remember exactly what it was that caused it, but some routine action like putting a bag over my shoulder or brushing against something in a nonaggressive way, but it left small vertical scratches along the stomach parallel to the zipper.3. The body of the jacket is a few inches too long for my liking Maybe this is something they can include in their custom adjustments before hand even though they don't ask for it. but I wish the body of mine was 2-3 inches shorter. It comes down to a nice taper and then flares out a little bit at the bottom. I wish it just narrowed down to the smallest width and ended so the sleeves were longer than the body.4. It does have a strong odd smell that will fade over a few weeks. Not worth taking a star away, just a heads up. If you wear it out the first few days you have it people will notice the funkyness in the air.

I was sceptical seeing as there weren't any reviews but honestly it's an A+ purchase. I'm 6'1 150 lbs and it fits perfect other than the sleeves being a little to big, not long but width.Only con I have about this is that the strings on the sleeves can't be tightened, but it's easily fixable by insterting your own.Customer service was great and before filling your order they will email you to ask for exact measurements if need be.

First off, overall I really like this. It's a unique look you don't see everyday. I'm 5ft 5in, 160lbs. I sent them my measurements and got a small that they modified. Shipping was very quick and I was excited to see it arrive earlier than expected.Upon opening the package, the jacket smelled like it has been shipped in a crate of fish. I've used an entire can of Febreeze and half a bottle of Brut cologne and the smell is finally going away.The jacket fit me perfectly, with the exception of the sleeves which seem to be about an inch too short. It doesn't sound like much of a difference, but they definitely ride up slightly when raising my arms. I purchased this for a costume though, so I'm not too worried. If I'm able to get the smell out completely, I'll probably wear this outside of Halloween too.

The quality of the jacket is great. It definitely looks like what you see. It doesn't fit the way I specified my measurements when asked but I also added an inch or two to my specifications for slack, so I would recommend giving your EXACT measurements because they will do the rest. You can get around the oversizing by pulling the strings fully tight.Great jacket, but I honestly wouldn't wear it for more than a halloween costume.

Beautiful jacket, I have gotten more compliments than any jacket I have ever owned. It is comfortable, practical and beautiful. Definitely is one of a kind. I cannot recommend this enough. It is a bargain for the price! Best purchase I have ever made on Amazon !
