I bought this product because of what it is supposed to do; micro needling at home.My dermatologist would rather I go in to the office and have the procedure done there but the price it is too expensive.I did a lot of reading on micro-needling before buying this product and decided to give it a try.I am very glad I did.The first time I used the roller I did so about two hours before bed and it does not hurt, it's just a very fine prick that does not last and I did not pierce my skin and to date I have not had one drop of blood show up. I imagine the kiss of a bee as the way it feels opposed to a bee sting. When I washed my face the next morning the first thing I noticed was that my skin felt very soft. I've had this roller for a few weeks now and I love it because it works as advertised. I will continue to use it.

The derma roller seems well built, but whatever the bottle is that comes with it, mine was completely empty.

After trying 6 different boxes (purchasing and replacing repeatedly) of this product, I’m convinced either the warehouse didn’t store them properly or the product provider didn’t seal their disinfecting bottles properly. All 6 bottles were empty when they arrived. 6/6 is a sign that something is not working.So I can’t give this a 5 star due to false advertisement, but that aside, the roller works fine.

It is easy to use, I was told just to not press down hard. Rolling over the top of my head is easy,

I use it twice a week + antioxidant serum with niacinamide.My skin seems more vibrant and hydrated. I am also seeing some reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. I was skeptical at first, but I think that this roller is making a positive difference in my skin!

Saw many of these rollers on YouTube and was unsure how sharp they can be . Decided to buy this one as i made sure to follow many instructions on YouTube and other beauty and barbers video platforms . Yes it’s thin and sharp. Def put a creamer lotion or serum before applying . I also realized you have to go in linear direction . Also great with aloe Vera . Wipe with alcohol after wards and make sure it’s clean and sanitized.

I bought this particular derma roller specifically because of the included cleaner spray, however, it came completely empty which was absolutely disappointing. The derma roller itself was all right quality considering how cheap it was. yes, it was a bit flimsy feeling, not heavy sleek metal like I was hoping for, but it is useable and serves its purpose what its intended for.

Saw some improvement but I was using other product along side so hard to say what effect it has
