I just used my new steel baking sheet to grill chicken thighs and I can say that I love it. After baking it for 30 minutes, the chicken tasted like it was grilled in a real wood-fire grill 😊. It tasted juicy and all the fat fall down on the non-stick silicone mat (Which by the way it is a great addition to this buy). I was happy I was able to get it with free shipping,because I didn’t have prime. I was very surprised to see how well was the packaging, very protective; after opening the box, Immediately I could see the quality of the product. It is real stainless steel, no thin, and it did not warp inside 400 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Overall, it is a great product, I am very happy with this purchase. Thank you!

Good weight. Easy to clean. Didn’t think I would use the rack, but it’s handy. I wish the silicone had been flat, the diamond shape bottom is hard to clean

The silicone sheet absolutely reeks when heated up. I could never use it with any heat.

Bottom of pan is just about 11.25" x 15.25" - just a bit smaller than my aluminum sheet. I'll update as time goes on as to quality but initial impression: it's solid.

I was making pita pockets and had the cooling rack on the baking sheet. Pita pockets came out great. Baking sheet fine. Apparently you cant use the cooling rack in oven because it warps. This was my first time using.

Perfect for many uses and love the bonus silicone mat can also be used for many uses as well.

They looks good and function well and do not have any chemical coating or off-gassing from teflon products. I am very happen with them.I just have not figured out what to do or how to use the Silicone Baking Mat though.

This is a nice strong pan for the oven. I haven’t used it too much but it cleaned up great !
