Better safe then sorry
Have a bedroom on second floor. So many people get trapped in fires up there if there is only one exit point. Have smoke detectors, Kidde fire extinguisher and now this ladder. Hope we never need it but we have it if we do.

Came just as the description said. I feel safe now and my second story apartment if there is a fire I have a way out

Love this ladder a was a gift from my sister I felt better to have this in my apartment because I have foster children and we are on the second floor

Thank goodness I havent had to use it yet but it seems sturdy and easy to use.

Well thank God I haven't had to use it. I haven't gotten it out and worked with it yet (planning on going over fire safety again with the family, need to actually do it!)It is heavier than i thought. It's a bit bulky/clumsy, where i do wonder how my coordinated 9 year old son would do with it, if needed. But more the reason for practice.Definitely looks sturdy and like it would hold adults.

Hope I don’t ever have to use it dosen’t seem very durable does seems pretty easy to use. Overall better to have something than not. Although I might be better off hurling myself out of my second story window. 😆 we shall see...to be continued

Safety factor
Our 2nd home is a 2nd floor condo at the beach. We purchased the ladder for our safety.
