FIVEGIVEN Entryway Hall Tree with Shoe Storage Bench and Coat Rack Rustic Industrial with 7 Hooks and Cushion Seat

If this had an option for zero stars I would’ve chosen that option. Extremely disappointed with this product. I am 90% through with this assembly to find that the plank where the coat hangers are to be screwed in (Part K) DOES NOT HAVE THE PRE-DRILLED HOLES/BOLTS! After I have screwed and tightened everything I am left with an un-finished piece. I contacted Amazon’s customer service where I was given an option to either drill my own holes and receive a discount or to dis-assemble and return the item. If this was real wood I would consider drilling holes, since this isn’t real wood I’m not going to bother making a mess. I would’ve made my own rack if I had the time and resources to do so. With my aching fingers I am going to have to dis-assemble the entire rack and return this product. WILL NOT BE RE-PURCHASING THIS ITEM OR BUYING THIS BRAND AGAIN. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

We don’t have room for coats, backpacks, boots, and shoes when you walk in our door. This takes care of all of those. I picked this one especially because of the wire on the bottom. I put a boot tray underneath it and the snow off the boots drips into that. A wooden plank (vs the wire) would rot with all that melting on it all the time. The assembly was easy. Only one screw refused to go in. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the screws that hold the hooks in are TINY. I don’t feel they are sufficient to handle the weight of backpacks every day. Overall we’re very happy with this hall tree. It keeps our area organized and feeling clutter free.

This was put together by my husband in a couple of hours. The merchandise came packaged well, no dents, etc. I had tried to find an entry bench like this with real wood, but either the more expensive ones were the same material or not what i wanted to spend. So, this is "wrapped wood" like the other reviewers mentioned, but so far, I think it looks nice and will be fine. There are holes in the frame (pictured) along with bolts, to bolt into the wall for stabilization, but we didn't feel it needed it. It doesn't overpower the entry and has nice storage for upcoming winter for hats, boots, and coats. We bought this for use for visitors.

I needed something that fit a small space and didn’t block the light switch and thermostat on the back porch. This item fit great. I was pleasantly surprised that this is well made and sturdy. The predrilled screw holes matched up pretty well. When I got to the step to hang the coat rack panel I realized there are no predrilled holes. Thinking this was a defect, I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and courteously. Apparently that was intentional, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I put this together by myself with two babies crawling around causing chaos. I just wanted to be done and then I had to wait for a response and screw in the hooks by hand with a lot of muscle. That really should be clearly posted in the directions and it was not, nor is it posted in the product description online. Looking back it wasn’t that big of a deal but it really agravted me when I just wanted to be done w it. Overall happy with my new coat tree.

I love mine. It hangs my coats and scarves, holds shoes and bags, and serves as a good entryway stuff catcher, all while looking classy in my hallway. The top shelf is, in my opinion, the best part, because it offers additional storage and option to decorate it. I stuck a motion sensor light under mine.Now I will say assembly can be challenging without help, and you may need a healthy dose of elbow grease to get all the screws in. Even then they may not all go fully through, as was my experience. Mine was a pain, but it's not enough for me to deduct a star because it still functions as intended regardless. A very useful piece of furniture that I'm happy to have purchased.

It was fairly easy to assemble. Other reviews are correct in stating that there are no predrilled holes for the hooks. I will say that i was able to hand screw the hooks on in less than 5 minutes. Dont let that scare you from purchasing this hall tree. If the holes were predrilled the screws wouldnt have anything to grip on to and wouldnt be able to hold anything without falling out. We wanted an area in our house for a resting place for our stuff we take to work with us every day and this works great for my purse and jacket and my boyfriends lunch box. Bottom rack works great to hold our random shoes we were throughout the week. It was a great purchase for the price. Keep in mind the "wood" is particle board wrapped in a wood design.

It looks great, but assembly was difficult. The holes in the base board weren’t predrilled so the holes that I drilled weren’t aligned well. The frame is also not that sturdy, making the bench part worthless because no one can sit on it. I gave it 3 stars based on looks only.

Was functional for my garage entrance as a place to put on/off coats, scarves, and whatnots. Looks great. Installation took 30 minutes with a power drill to screw in the hooks in the end. A good solution to a semi mudroom if you don't have the space for budget for it right now.
