The colors on this rainboot are outstanding - even better than the pictures. I had previously ordered the lavender solid colored boots, which were more solid and less translucent than pictured, and I didn't have much that worked with that color, so I returned them and took a chance with these. Some have indicated that the colors on the black boot were milky. They definitely are not on the blue version - They are a little darker - a deep turquoise and deeper rose that is, if anything, more attractive. I immediately received + comments, from people that don't comment on such things. I wear a 10-10.5, and these are 10's, since that is Slogger's largest size. The front of my foot (ball joint area) is wide, the back narrow. These fit, but are definitely snug. There is enough give in the material that it's not uncomfortable, and I can wear them with thin socks. The toe area is ample, so that isn't cramped at all, and the heel doesn't slip, which I really appreciate. The top hits your calf about midway, which can be mildly annoying, but it also means that it fits muscular and/or wider calves. They are attractive enough that you can wear them to work, which I did - they're not just garden boots. They were perfect for rain - and for avoiding wearing wet shoes half the day. I brought (dry) shoes along on the one day that I wore them, since I suspect that these would get rather sweaty if you wore them for extended periods of time. The sole was OK, not the most comfortable one ever, but good enough for brief walking in the rain. I can't tell at this point how they would be if you were walking a long distance in these. They also were fine for driving, perhaps because of their slim profile. Overall, I would have to say I was pleasantly surprised - these boots are much nicer than expected!

I really love these boots, and I'm probably in the top 10% of worst boot abusers. I take care of them, but I wear them daily for hours and need them to stand up to a variety of conditions.As a horse/barn/mud/muck person, it is really hard finding a great boot. I'd tried spending over $100 at a certain northeastern, American-made company on 3 different boot models. Their 'wellies' turned out to be Chinese-made, low quality boots that held up <4 months before cracking/splitting. I'd also tried spending over $100 at certain well-known riding brand. They also didn't hold up. So I started buying cheap $15-20 boots, giving in to the fact if boots only lasted for a season, may as well not spend much. But my feet always hurt after an hour in cheap boots. Those foot beds are not made for daily wear, and most don't have good gripping soles.I don't remember how I found these on Amazon, but the positive reviews made me intrigued to try them. Purchased 6 months ago, and immediately I was in love with this product. Extremely comfortable and well-made. On the weekends if I'm in them for 6+ hours, my feet don't hurt. They come with a thicker, more padded insole than most boots (removable/washable). You can put a gel liner on top of that if you want.I am size 9.5, but ordered up to 10 since I knew I'd use thicker socks. They fit perfectly. They don't rub or grab in weird places. No blisters after 700+ hours of wearing these through summer, fall and early winter.They are easy to hose off and the color is still brilliant. No cracking, peeling, fading. The bottom sole still looks perfect. No separation between boot/sole. I see no cracking/stress around the ankle where I'm constantly bending/flexing the boot from squatting/standing/twisting. They're not brittle when it's cold, nor do they seem to care when I take them from wet to dry, or from mud to dry sand. I've used them in ice and snow, and they're surprisingly warm with wool socks. I like the slightly shorter height, as it's easier to tuck in pants.The bottom has good grip and they've felt excellent in slippery wet and icy conditions. If you are wearing these only occasionally for rain, these are more than enough boot for you.I feel like I hit the jackpot with these boots. The cute colors and patterns are only a bonus. Why doesn't everyone in the horse/farm business know about these? And why didn't I? Get the word out!

These cute boots are the third pair of Sloggers for my family, and my daughter's favorite. They are durable, adorable, and have a thick and very flexible sole, so they are comfortable in a way you wouldn't expect from rain boots. They fit about a quarter size larger than a regular shoe, but in a plastic boot that's a lot more comfortable. Other reviewers mentioned stretching, but I haven't noticed any stretching at all. I've had my garden shoes for over two years and I still get compliments on them. They are easy to clean. The only drawbacks are predictable: over time the shiny surface gets scuffed up. Since they are completely waterproof, they don't let your feet breathe well. And when I tried to put them on in -20 degree weather they were absolutely rock hard! If you can deal with that, these are a great buy!

I loved looking at this boot... But if you have a high arch get at least a size larger. I could slide it on barefoot, but with a sock I couldn't get my foot into the boot. Waiting to reorder and see if one size is enough. Really well made with good interior support and good traction. Hopefully the next size will fit

These are perfect. Great fit; comfortable and catchy designs. Can't beat MADE IN USA---things I like to look for! They are great for working in the garden spring, fall or summer (I tried them out in August). Can't say if they get super warm if I'm mowing a lot, but great for mud, water and easy to clean off. I was tired of getting my Sorel rain boots covered in grass. Great product. I believe I ordered up (I'm a 9-9 1/2) and the 10 is perfect.

I love my new boots. They're gorgeous, they feel great, they work well in the garden and keep my feet dry when I'm wrangling hoses and they're even made in the USA! They fit pretty true to size I think. I got a 7 and I wear about a 7 and these work with thin or thick socks (a little better with the thicker ones). I even wore them to work on a rainy day and they were comfortable all day long. Not to mention adorable.
