this product was a life saver!!!
I am 47 years old and had a partial hysterectomy in 96 and just recently had to have my right ovary removed. my Dr. had assured me that I would not experience menopausal symptoms any different. I had just started to get some hot flashes but not too bothersome. After the surgery i started having terrible hot flashes . it was so bad,my sleep was so interupted I felt like i was going crazy.I got on the computer to research something that would help as i did not want to get on HRT's. I came across Zalestra and decided to give it a try. After only 2 weeks of taking it i noticed a dramatic difference in the hot flashes. i have been taking it for a month and a half now and my hot flashes are so minimal. And my energy level is so much better and i have also lost 10 lbs. I am so grateful to have found Zalestra, it truely was a lifesaver for me.

Not a miracle pill, but,...
Still effective. I have been taking Zalestra for about 3 weeks. I can finally sleep at night, the insomnia is gone. I no longer have the moods swings and hot sweats. I have also lost some weight, but that did not come from the pill alone. I began exercising and consume only about 1500-1800 calories a day. The pills do help with cravings and appetite control, which has made dieting much easier than in the past. All in all I am pleased with the results and will continue taking the product indefinitely.

Hasn't worked for me
I purchased this product to gain relief from hot flashes and night sweats. I don't know how long it takes to work, but it's been 2 weeks and the flashes and sweats are just as bad as they were before. Plus, you have to take 4 pills a day, which means it costs over $55 for 22 days. That's ridiculously expensive. I'll try Estroven which my gynecologist recommended. It's much more reasonably priced. At least if that doesn't work, I won't feel as if I was taken.

not much difference
I am an RN & expected some possible reduction in menopausal symptoms, re: sleep, appetite,libido, mood, etc........there is no "perfect pill"!! It really did nothing noticeable & was a waste of $50.00 to be truthful. Sorry :( wish it did help!~~Sherry S.

Just not for me I guess!
I've been searching for awhile now for a replacement for a supplement called Rejuvex, which I loved. It was one pill a day and it was just wonderful for all the usual menopausal problems like hot flashes. It was discontinued (don't know why) and it was perfect for me. I thought I'd try this one because of the reviews, etc. and it's "natural" but I really don't like having to take something twice a day. You're supposed to take 2 capsules in the morning and mid-afternoon. My work day is so busy (at a school) that mid-afternoon comes and goes without me being able to stop and take a couple of pills! I was missing my dose more often than not. Therefore, I'm really not reviewing if it works or not if taken as directed. If you have no problem with the dosage, etc. it may work fine for you..........it's just not for me!
