Songs in Spanish for Children (Canciones Infantiles de Tradición Hispana)

We play this every day but the pause between songs is longer than some of the 30 seconds songs 🤣😂! Few of the songs seem a bit fast paced for my husband who isn’t fluent in Spanish but is supportive in the dual language efforts so I ve found a few of their YouTube videos to provide a visual but the singing is but different!

I bought this to introduce my toddler grandson to Spanish, and was looking forward to songs we could sing along to. The melodies of these songs are quite charming, but they're sung in rapid, idiomatic Spanish that is only understandable to native speakers. I'm reasonably fluent in Spanish, but couldn't make heads or tails. I tried to find printed lyrics, but they're not easy to come across. And I never head back from the creator to get help with this, even though it's evident that Juana la Iguana is a big business.My grandson enjoys the music, but he's not going to learn a single word of Spanish from this CD.

This is my grandstwins favorite book. The songs are fun and soothing. Brings me back to childhood.

A bit fast and unclear for those trying to learn Spanish at a beginners level(some of that can be attributed to the quality of cd recording. I wish it came with lyrics so I can break the songs down for my kids. As a whole the melodies are catchy and the kids like them.

For my grandchildren to sing in Spanish. Also,for me to learn Spanish.
