I received two non working fans, I contacted there customer service and was told to prove that the fans were bad. By filming a video of them not working, I told them I wasn’t going to remove my new castle creation replacement fan I put their crap back in my $1500.00 truck for their viewing pleasure. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
