Stunning Elephant Crystal Stone

Too small.

Just lovely little rose quartz elegant, sweet in size, to either keep in your pocket or somewhere to treasure on desk or bedside table.

The carvings themselves are lovely and it looked like a bargain to be able to buy a pack of 5 at a lesser price than 5 individual elephants. However, only 3 arrived undamaged. The other 2 - rose quartz and red jasper were both broken. My original review went on to point to what I felt was a lack of sufficient packaging to protect the delicate carvings and a suggestion to improve it. I did not contact the vendor direct. However, to my surprise and delight, the vendor contacted me very quickly thereafter with an offer to replace the damaged items or arrange what I felt was a generous refund. They also took on board my suggestion for improved packaging. In my experience, customer service like this is the exception rather than the rule. The timeliness of the response, the whole tone of it (which was very nice indeed) and indeed the fact that it was unsolicited in the first place means I would be more than happy to buy from this vendor again. I can certainly recommend them.
