I was skeptical about passing my drinking water over unidentified crushed rocks from China. Still can’t say what they’re made of, but mine do have an alkaline pH and impart that to water from my filter. Be forewarned, a lot of mineral will dissolve into your water. I struggle with water spots and excessive deposits in my tea kettle while using these. Flavor of my water is much improved.

These replacement mineral rocks are the best. The taste of the water is great. I will reorder.

I cannot review this product either because of deceptive information on the box or poor quality disclosure to customer. The things that are important to know like stone ingredient, and chemical effects for health, cannot even be read with a jewelers loop!

I bought them just for the rocks themselves to use in a different filtering unit and they worked out well for that

I am using these with a zero water filter system. I placed them inside the tank. Even after sitting 24 hours inside the water tank, the TDS meter still reads zero ppm. So if you're using this with a water filter that is designed for water to pass through, I doubt it's replacing minerals. Get a TDS meter and test it.
