It wouldnt let me choose a size, how do I know that I ordered the right one?

Hi there! This item only comes in one standard size. We have provided a size chart below for your convenience. Measurements are stated in inches.Size Standard | Bust Size 36-38 | Waist Size 27-30 | Dress Size 14-16We hope this information helps!

Does the gown have rhinestones/sequins on it? Also, I'd like to dye it a different color. Do you think that would work? Thx!

Hello! The costume does have rhinestones and is made from a 100% polyester fabric. Unfortunately, we have no experience with dying this item, so we can't make any recommendations on that.

The dress arrived extremely wrinkled and won’t respond to steam, dryer fluff, or hanging. How should I smooth it out?

Hmmm, mine wasn't like that and I have worn this costume many times for different characters...love it. I would suggest turning it inside out and try ironing it on a low temperature. There are also spray wrinkle releases that you can buy in the laundry section of your store that work great. Just spray while hanging on a hanger and let dry.

There’s no option to “order up from a standard. Am I missing something?

Not all costumes come in every size. This comes in standard size only.
