Good Starting Place
Easy Gluten Free is my introduction into wiping gluten from my daily diet in my continuing quest for optimum health. The book lists over 100 recipes that sound delicious, each section of the book is separated into 2 gluten-free types--quick & easy and more creative. The 2 authors are both registered dieticians, & most recipes have easy-to-find ingredients, with nutritional data listed @ the end of each recipe. There are also several pages of FAQs I found very helpful. As a gluten-free newbie I found this book a good place to start my dietary tweaks, see if I feel any improvement after reducing the pervasive preponderance of gluten in most packaged foods.

Great book, but not for GFCF diet!
This book has loads of great and very healthy recipes. A word of warning to those on Gluten and Dairy/Casein free diet, many of these recipes contain diary. Since our household is on this diet, I was quite limited with the number of recipes I could make from this book. For those who are gluten free only, I would highly recommend!

love this cookbook!
I'm new to GF after being diagnosed with celiac disease 3 months ago. I found this book at the library, tried a handful of recipes, then had to order it online. All of the recipes have turned out well and many of them are just superb! Highly recommend.

She is a very good speaker and her recipes look good
this was a gift. I saw Marlisa Brown in a Gluten Free class. She is a very good speaker and her recipes look good.

somewhat satisfied!
It was a bit helpful, but later I found out from watching the Dr. Oz show that there are more calories, carbs and less fiber in most gluten free foods.

Excellent Recipes
I ordered this as a Christmas present for a friend who recently discovered she cannot eat anything with gluten. She has tried the recipes and just raved about the book.

Exceptional book on this subject
Going gluten-free or wheat-free is not all that easy at first and this book just made it a lot easier for me. I spent a lot of time in a book store perusing a pretty large selection of gluten-free cookbooks, and this one stood out as having the most info with seriously easy and creative recipes to boot. You're not paying for glossy color photos. The American Dietetic Association has a winner with this book. Thanks to the internet (and increasing allergies to wheat and gluten) the availability of lesser known ingredients such as teff flour is less of the problem it once was.

Really Helpful Book
This is an excellent book for anyone with celiac disease. I came across it a few weeks ago and I must say, it's given me really helpful (and tasty) recipe ideas. I never knew being gluten-free could be this delicious! I'll be making the Sweet Potato Quesadillas tonight!!!!!!
