Silverstein Works OmniCap - Medium - Black

I got this to go over an Ishimori ligature. Fits well, so far so good. It does just cover the very tip of the mouthpiece so, I'm not sure how that will be long term. IT makes me a little nervous actually but, we'll see.

I have played for many years and never tended to use a cap very much because almost all are so clunky and cumbersome.These little things are great and very easy to use.

I love this thing! It doesn't make a sound when you drop it, it protects your mouthpiece tip better than any other cap, and there's just nothing wrong with it. My alto piece has survived many drops without a scratch. 5 stars, good job Silverstein.

Silverstein Works is a little over an hour away from me and promised I would receive my OmniCap shortly after ordering. It's now been almost two (2) weeks and the anticipated delivery date just moves further and further away. Since I expect to be very happy with this item IF I ever receive it, I'm pre-awarding 5 stars, but shipping clearly leaves MUCH to be desired - 1 Star. Average = 3 Stars.
