Works well but it's a tight fit
I use my trickle charger to charge my car at night (I don't have a level 2 charger) but the cord doesn't reach my car. I was using a regular, heavy duty extension cord but it was getting really hot and then I found in the manual that you're not supposed to use a regular extension cord. Well, a search on Amazon turned up this guy and so I ordered it. It was definitely more expensive than I thought it would be but a good price compared to everything else (I was hoping for more extension cord type pricing). Now my cord reaches my car and doesn't get super hot. The only drawback is that it's a bit of a tight fit so I worry that, like another reviewer, it may crack with a lot of usage. I hope not and so far so good (I've had it about a month).

Well-made J1772 extension cable
This is the second JLONG cable I have purchased. I have the 40 ft version that is a permanent fixture in my garage, and we regularly use it to reach where our XC90 T8 is parked for charging. This 20 ft. version was purchased to carry in the trunk of my Model 3 as a just-in-case charging extension cable. These cables seem well-made and definitely do the job. I'm quite happy with both of my JLONG purchases!

This works great. The connection between cables is firm and easy ...
Bought this to extend my charging station reach from the front porch, across the lawn, to my parking spot (charging station cables don't run beyond a 25' length). This works great. The connection between cables is firm and easy to make. And if I am on the road needing a charge, but a gas-powered car has stolen the charging space in front of a public station, I can use this cord to bridge the gap (if there is another parking spot near to the station of course). Doesn't come with a case to store it in, so keep the cardboard box for storage (at this price, a sturdy case like what is used for cordless power tools would have been appropriate).

a must for Plugin drivers
This Jlong cord is a must so you don't get ICE'D by bad gas car drivers at a charge station. I can always reach and plugin so I'm not stuck. This is well made and can car the power without getting hot.It even comes in handy at home if your other EV is parked near the charging port you can not have to move them and play musical cars. Very handy and even let others borrow it if they take a long trip or are in anrea that gets blocked a lot.

Excellent way to avoid being ICE'd (charger blocked by "regular" vehicle)
Wish I would of bought this sooner as there have been a couple of times over the past two years where it would of come in handy at Level 2 public charge stations that were blocked by internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. This extends (by 20 feet) any Level 1 or Level 2 J1772 (standard EV plug cord) and works great! Very well made and will come in very handy during roadtrips in our 2017 Bolt EV.

Works great, pricy but worth it.
Works nearly perfect. Like another reviewer commented, the plug is a little snug in the car (2017 Chevy Bolt), but it's no big deal. It just takes a tiny bit more effort to pull it out that the other plugs I've used. The overall quality is excellent and it comes with everything you need, or could want. It seems pricy at first, but once you see how it's made and consider that it is made here in the USA and not a Chinese sweat shop, I think the price is fair.

Here is your extension cable!
I worked hard to research extension cables for my EV . . . why it is essential to have one . . . and (among the few options available) which is best. This is the one. I figured that out before buying it, and I wasn't wrong. I have it, I use it, it is technically perfect, durable, safe, solid, and exactly what I expected. Not "cheap". Excellent value for the money. Here is your extension cable! Don't even waste your time trawling through the information on other options.

Very sturdy
I needed a longer cord, and this works fantastic. You really should NOT use an extension cord. You should use this. The fit is a little tight for my eGolf, but that only requires a hefty pull to remove it.
