Used it first time and was truly impressed with it it’s so easy to charge and so much cheaper than other chargers ie wall charger outside charges at 3kw per hr a bit slower than the 7kw expensive ones but honestly did the job well and would definitely recommend if you want an alternative to use at home it’s very simple and easy and safe

Brilliant way of not melting your wiring!
This is a great product at a great price. Bought for charging before I got an home charger installed and has pretty much paid for itself. Will be very useful to use at friend and families houses. Great product; couldn’t be easier to use and does the job with a nice bag to carry it in. Put it to 8A for peace of mind; just press the button till it’s got the rate you want and off it goes. Helpfully remembers the setting so only ever done this once (Using with BMW i4).

EV charger difficult to use
Worked initially but then stopped working correctly, cannot change any settings Current settings, 6A, 8A, 10A, 13A etc). Returned item!

It has been doing a great job so far. Faster yhan i thought it would be.

You cannot set the charging duration only the start delay.
I ordered this item because as far as I could see from the description it allowed you to set a delayed start to charging and also the charging duration. It only allows the latter. The description is worded in a misleading way as it says you can "set the charging time 1-12 hours". The mickey mouse Rufus AI tool that answers questions did not pick up the difference, and told me that you can set the charging duration. Amazon, please go back to having questions answered by real people who have bought the product. Other than that the charger seems to work fine. The instructions are a bit brief, but adequate. I'm undecided if I will return as it has been mis-sold and is not what I really wanted.
