Protec Baritone Sax In-Bell Storage Pouch for Neck, Mouthpiece, and Other Accessories (A314)

Had used bag in my alto forever, but it finally gave out so got another bag for both my alto and tenor.

Very nice, protective bag for saxophone neck. Fits nicely in the bell. I use it every day.

This pouch was perfect for my saxophone. When putting my saxophone away, I used to have trouble with my neck and mouthpiece flying all over the case when traveling, but this pouch keeps them both secure inside of the bell and it fits nicely. The material is soft to the touch so it won't scratch your saxophone lacquer, but durable enough to protect the neck and mouthpiece with lots of cushion. It also has a divider on the inside so that your mouthpiece and neck are separated and won't scratch each other. I should have always been using this because it would have prevented a lot of scratches and even kept reeds from breaking (for whenever you leave the reed on the mouthpiece).Super simple and easy to use and it also matches the interior fabric of my Pro Tec saxophone case which has lasted me over 10 years! I'll be getting this for my other saxophones as well.

The Pro Ted padded in-bell storage pouch was just what I needed for my tenor saxophone! It worked as described with space for my neck, mouthpiece, and other small items that cluttered the open storage space in the tenor sax case. In addition to protecting these items, the pouch also facilities fast, efficient location of them and thereby allows quicker assembly of the instrument. I think it’s a great addition for organizing things necessary for performance and protection.

This is a good product. It has adequate padding and should protect the neck. It would have been ideal if it was just a little bit longer (taller) and maybe just add a little bit more padding.

My favorite pouches are Kiwi, but those are pretty much gone from the market. This seems to me the next best thing, for those of us who store the mouthpiece "off the neck". The best things about this are:- the drawstring: keeps everything closed and secure- two compartments inside: keeps your mouthpiece from scratching up the neck without having to wrap it

Nicely padded, fits great in most tenor saxophone bells with the neck inside and the divider does seem to add enough of a partition to keep your mouthpiece from damaging your neck. If your mouthpiece and ligature are small enough, you can use a ProTec single mouthpiece pouch and it's more protected. Still fits inside, after you insert the neck. Make sure the neck is gently pushed all the way down inside this thing, then put the mouthpiece in the other section. You may have to experiment with gently rotating this neck bag so that the neck will slide down into your bell just right. With the drawstring drawn tight at the top, you shouldn't ever have an issue where your mouthpiece comes flying out and beats up your sax, or your neck gets damaged. Great for inside a BAM CABINE , Boston Sax Shop Ambassador Case or other sleek flight case with no neck channel.

Well it’s a nice concept that works, but little surprised at the cost when you see the actual material and workmanship, it will work
