One leaking cartridge. Outstanding service from Amazon.
The product was very well packed but one of the 525 large black cartridges had leaked and, surprisingly, leaked out of the cellophane wrapper. It is amazing that so little ink can create such a mess. All the others seem OK now that I have cleaned them up. Immediately I had notified Amazon to warn them and, although , in view of the extremely low price, I told them I did not expect any refund, they cancelled the full price and tod me to use or dispose of the other 29 as I wished. This is outstanding customer service and Amazon deserve every praise fot it.
