Everest Designs Nordic Earflap

I bought the Sherpa version for myself a couple of years ago, bought this one for my neighbor (hunter, he wanted the brown color). I LOVE the hat. It is warm and comfortable, well made, and I like that the straps are woven into the design, not sewn on, so they can't fall off. They let you tie up the earflaps, or tie the hat onto your head, and the very cool strap on top lets you pull the hat off. Wash it in cold water periodically and it will last you for years.

The wool is a little rough, but the poly lining solves that problem. No itchy wool comes in contact with skin. Got it when it was on sale for about 5 bucks. Washes well in the machine using cold water. Drip dry.
