Poor Sound Quality and Poor Quality of Audio Jack
Purchased three Panasonic KX-TCA430 Comfort-Fit, Fold able Headset for my office use. Sound Quality is poor, apart from this, there is an adapter comes with head set which is used to connect with LAPTOP, DESKTOP and Mobile Phones is of low quality. Out of three purchased only one is working satisfactorily, the other two or not working properly. I thought that PANASONIC products are good, but the quality of the product we have received is not up to the mark. It is always better to buy by Offline.
