This is the one to get! Wish I would have found it first.
Made making gifts fun. Fits all 3 sizes of the tubes I have - Saves money too - If you need a lot of them. ... Best-Loved Gift of this Christmas. Most liked that it did NOT have strong smells. They enjoyed the simple scents of the natural ingredients. Especially the younger ones. - Made me proud! My formula is super simple (50 tubes) 1/2 cup Shea butter, 1/2 cup Coconut oil, 1/2 cup beeswax (pellets are easier) and 1/8th teaspoon mineral spirits (all food grade). That is it - Made the double boiler with a 1-quart pot and a very clean used 14-ounce soup can. Save any leftovers for the next batch. (you will have some) Keep wax temp under 160*f for melting and about 145*f for pouring, a non-contact temperature gauge works best. Enjoy, This was the most fun I had in the kitchen all year. Best tray I have used
This is one of many trays I have tried and it is clearly the best. Holds tubes well, but still easy to remove. My favorite part is that the distance from the top of the tray to the top of the tube is very small, which reduces the need for messy clean-up. I put mine in the fridge after filled with product that has cooled to room temperature. After an hour I take them out and lip balms come out beautifully. Any excess flakes off easy.

meh...pretty sub par
Pretty disappointed in this purchase. Right off the bat when I opened the packaging I was assaulted by such a strong perfume smell on the silicone that I had to put it in my garage to air out. Unfortunately that didn't work and after about a week outside it still smelled just as strong. I'm very sensitive with synthetic fragrance and it's not really something I want transferred to my natural lip balm. The other issues I found are that the scraper is wider than the tray so it's hard if not impossible to get a clean scrape. Also, like another person mentioned in the comments you can't push the tube up all the way up so there is a little small gap on top off the tube which doesn't look the most professional. I like the fact that it holds all the tubes in place and keeps them from getting dirty but I don't know that the other drawbacks make it worth using again. I may consider using it just to keep the tubes upright and clean while I fill them manually with a syringe like I have done in the past but I'm still concerned about the strong perfume smell. I hope this helps someone else. The idea is fabulous and has the capacity to be a big time saver but the drawbacks are unfortunate. ***Revision to review 1/15/17*** I ended up pursuing the return of this product with the seller. Their customer service was excellent. He also advised that perfume was evidently spilled on accident on to my tray which is why it smells so strong of perfume. He apologized and handled the return quickly and efficiently. The other issues I mentioned are still a problem but I added another star once I learned that the perfume smell was not the norm. I also appreciate the good customer service.

Big Help
I've been making my own lip balm for awhile now. This tool certainly made the process easier. It held the tubes firmly in place--no trying to balance them individually--and the scraper tool made them nice and neat.

Great tool for making chapsticks
Made my life much easier makes filling chapstick tubes quick and easy!! Great quality material easy to clean up afterward too. I make my chapstick to give to family and friends, and I can make so much more, and so much faster. I enjoy making them now.

I highly recommend if you make a large quantity of lip balm ...
How did I live without this before? It seems silly now that I waited so long to purchase! I highly recommend if you make a large quantity of lip balm at one time. It has 48 filling holes, and the scraper works perfectly. I have found that if I heat it in the microwave for about 15 seconds, the chap stick does not get hard on the mold like it does if you do not heat it. Either way, that's not a big issue and am still very thankful to have this product.

Disappointed
Doesn't work that well with my lip balm tubes. The tube can't push far enough through so once the tubes are filled and the excess is scraped off there is product beyond the top of the tube which doesn't look professional.
