LIke it?--No, I love it!
Three 15 minute routines and four 30 minute routines = 7 different work outs for one whole week. I like her style, the sound of her voice, her recommendations, and everything about this program. In addition to this program I am also using treadmill and Nautilus at health club and doing some other cardio routines. I like Ellen Barrett for toning, balance, and stretching as well as mental massage. This was a great investment and I can 100% recommend this to others. After reviewing all her DVDs I decided that this was a complete program for a week or month or season and though it is more expensive, it has much variety and is all I need to buy. You will feel like she is right there with you and her sincere support and expertise is worth your time and money.

Love this DVD
Love this DVD! Ellen Barrett always does a great job. The workouts are very effective and a breath of fresh air from cardio and weight workouts. I go to this DVD when I want to stretch, increase my flexibility, improve my breathing techniques and just feel overall relaxed after doing the workouts. Thanks once again Ellen, [lease keep creating you unique workout DVDs!

I love Ellen!
I have many of her workout DVDs. She’s a great coach, her cues are spot on and I always get a great workout. This 7 day workout is great!

Slightly better than average Ellen Barrett DVD
Adequate DVD. It has routines that are more varied than those on her overly repetitive and monotonous “The Studio” series. The routines are not difficult and I combine them to get an hour long workout. Still, IMHO, the segments are not as inspiring as the routines on her exuberant Crunch DVDs (Burn & Firm, Super Slimdown and Fat Burning Pilates) which have far better music, diverse expressive talent and colorful staging and costumes. The two emaciated dancers in this plainly staged DVD lack style and give no indication that they are enjoying themselves. I’m giving this middling DVD a middling grade.

Great variety of workouts
Ellen Barrett is really a good instructor. This DVD offers great variety in terms of time and what type of workout. It's great if you are short of time there are a couple of 15 minute programs and one 45 min one if you can devote more time. Ellen always brings great energy to her workouts and the only draw back was the the background ladies she had. They were not her usual girls and they were a little stiff and didn't evoke too much energy like Ellen, at first it was a bit of a put off but now i'm used to them, the workouts are great. Im hoping she releases another DVD.

A wonderful holistic approach to fitness
Perfect set of workouts to give myself some "me" time everyday. Excellent way to de-stress, burn calories and do strength training after a hard day of teaching. Follow this challenge 7 days a week. ☺️
