Plastic Peel Off Sticker Sheet Storage Box for arts, crafts, cardmaking and scrapbooking (Clear, Pack of 5)

For years my ever-growing collection of circular knitting needles has been stored -- higgledy piggledy -- in a large plastic tub. Needless to say, it became a tangled mess in which it was nigh impossible to find what was wanted (always supposing that I actually owned certain sizes !).Apart from the circulars, there were also dpn's, traditional crochet hooks, tunisian crochet hooks with long cables and beads, felting needles, and umpteen other yarn-related gizmos.The time had come to create order out of chaos. I needed a reasonably budget-friendly storage system by which my tools could be batched by needle size (say, less-than-equal 2.75 to 15.00 mm). I decided that clear plastic boxes would fit the bill. However, so as not to put too much strain on the join between needle and cable, the internal width needed to be about 4 inches / 10 mm. As regards internal depth, something around the 1 inch / 2.50 cm would do the job and wouldn't take up too much shelf space. Lengthwise, approximately 8 inch / 20 cm would work.Many of the boxes I looked at only gave external dimensions; many were (to my mind) outrageously expensive; many were far too deep for my needs.Eventually I came across the WestonBoxes "Sticker sheet storage box" which -- really helpfully -- gives both external and internal dimensions. It was a bit longer than I originally had in mind but the price was very competitive so I bought 3 packs of five.Having spent two rainy days working my way through the tangled mess of assorted tools, the results are as follows :Pros -- for my purposes... Clear plastic containers make it easy to see the contents.... I can find specific needle sizes -- batched by either one or several diameters -- very quickly.... The boxes are roomy enough to hold a good many circular needles, hooks, dpn's, etc.... The width and length gives plenty of room for both 80 and 150 cm cables.... The box keeps the contents clean and the cables don't get too tangled... I have discovered that I've far too many duplicates in certain sizes (several un-opened) !... I've found many "lost" hooks and dpn's which were lurking under the tangled mess !... I'll save money in future because I'll actually KNOW which tools are not already in use on another project.Cons -- for my purposes... The drop-on lids, whilst not exactly loose, could easily be knocked off if one was a bit clumsy.... They're not designed to stack together, so could slide around (minor issue).... To store them on edge, like books, the lids would need to be secured with rubber bands (minor issue).Conclusion -- for my purposes... A cost-effective and practical -- although not necessarily space-saving -- solution.... I can replace my temporary post-it note labels with something more permanent if / when necessary.... I'm considering buying more to cope with other -- and numerous -- sewing / yarn-related tools and notions.... All-in-all, a great success.

Took awhile to find the right size storage boxes for card making peel off sheets but these are excellent, right size, good quality, hold quite a few sheets & easy to use with no difficult catches, recommend.

As a keen crafter I was after some decent sized and durable boxes to store craft materials. These are excellent boxes, I have them in various sizes from this range and would highly recommend them.

Ideal for the storage items I wanted it for. Very pleased to have eventually found this size.

Ideal for my needs. They are well made and strong and stack well, and can be used for any small items such as sheets of stickers (naturally) but also pens, pencils and for keeping craft off-cuts safe.

As expected, they are perfect for Peel off strips.

Sticker sheets fit in perfectly. They are good and sturdy boxes with smooth edges.
