Replaced my gaudy fire proof plastic case. Actually put some random papers in sink and used sprayer to test it. No leaks! Put a lighter on it and besides a small dark spot on case, the contents were not damaged. Smaller, easier to move around. Usually put all my valuables inside (paperwork, passports, valuables ext) recommend.

The size of this product is perfect for important documents for the whole family. The material is very durable and defiantly sealed for water resistance (i tested this). Overall look is very clean and protective.

A good product - size is enough to house large size documents and inner/outer material looks really tough. It has a zipper and desiccant/dehumidifier to really protect your documents.
