BFF Period Undies "Best Period Panties Black, X-Large

I bought these because I was looking for a less expensive version of Thinx or Dear Kates. These are definitely not what I was looking for! You definitely need a pad or pantiliner for these to provide any absorption at all, because there isn't any absorbant layer. It's a thin cotton panty with a layer of something waterproof and very, very loud in the middle.You know those vinyl diaper covers that are used to cover cloth diapers? These are basically that (minus the diaper), except with a thin cotton covering for comfort and appearance.Three stars because they will most likely stop leaks, but they aren't what I think of when I think of "period panties".

These are great! They give you peace of mind and they don't feel waterproof, they feel like regular cotton panties.

The product does what it says it will do. My only suggestion for improvement would be to extend the waterproof liner slightly farther in front

Leakage problems

Fit like normal panties!! I have tried sooo many period panties, and they all have disproportionally tight waistbands. These fit like normal panties, no muffin top!

Having your period as a young girl can be stressful without adding the embarrassment of having bleed through at school. I wanted to elevate that concern for my 2 young daughters and bought them each a pair. They really liked them saying they were comfortable and they could be stress free at school without worrying.
