MODULATION STATION Multi Effects Pedal by Deadbeat Sound

My husband loved this pedal

This sounded good on YouTube. I wondered why no reputable sites reviewed it. I took the chance and asked for this for Christmas. Now I know. The build and packaging are where the money goes because this thing sounds awful. I used Strat through good cables to a good tube amp...and it sounded like AM radio. This may have been awesome back in 1973, but it doesn’t meet any standards of today. You do get what you pay for!

There's a lot to discover here and at the price point this is offered at, it's hard to beat.

This is a solid pedal jam packed with features with a sexy wood trim. It's 11 pedals in one. The tones I'm getting from this are ridiculous. I particularly like the 'picking auto wah' effect. The harder you pick, the harder the wah effect- which makes for some seriously funky stuff. I played the theme from Shaft and loved the way it sounded. It also has a ring modulator. And unlike the Moog ring modulator, it has 10 other effects for less than half the price. The knobs are solid. There's nothing flimsy or cheap about the quality of these pedals. Icing on the cake-- this thing is dead silent as far as noise. No noise even with the effect on full mix all the way up. It also comes with a power supply and not one, but two TS pedal connector cables. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this. I liked it so much I immediately bought the Echolation Station and Reverberation Station. They are all really good, solid pedals.

Great mods sounds! A gorgeous and sturdy enclosure. And priced very affordable. A def winner!
