I was using a bamboo toothbrush by another company with a flat handle and figured they were all the same. This last batch had me spitting bristles. THIS toothbrush has a fatter, rounded handle, and nice soft bristles that have stayed intact so far. I really like this brand better and will buy again.

I love this toothbrush!! At least the ones I've received in this order, so I'm back for more after this review. I saw that there were complaints about how it is too rough on their gums. I had that problem with so many other bamboo toothbrushes that I've ordered in the past but not with this one. Maybe they've improved? There seemed to be a good amount of bristles and dense enough to brush all around. Plus, I think its softness is just right to clean and be gentle on my gums. I'm hoping in the near future for them to make kids size or most importantly, rounded shape bristles so that I can reach everywhere better. It's always been a struggle for me to clean the back of my teeth especially where its tight right next to my cheeks and gums as I have a smaller mouth according to dentists. I've used kids toothbrushes from other brands that are made of bamboo material too but they're just not dense enough or have enough bristles and my sensitive gums would bleed because they weren't soft enough. I really like the shape of this toothbrush handle too because its shaped similar to traditional toothbrushes where I'm more used to.

Maybe I brush too hard or maybe these are very delicate bristles. I've used one for 1.5 months and now it feels like I'm brushing with the wood only. If this company would make different stiffness of the bristles I would be a returning customer.

This certainly is not your average toothbrush - in a very good way! I have wanted to switch over to bamboo toothbrushes for a while now and a post about this particular brand was my sign to do so! I love that the brush handles are biodegradable and that you can recycle the bristles. I was so excited about these brushes I bought enough to share with my family as stocking stuffers this Christmas. I hope to share my journey adopting a lifestyle that is more eco-friendly and sustainable with my family and this product, after using it for a few days now, has certainly been a great start. I was worried about the bristles being soft but I haven't had any issues with this - my teeth are clean just the same as using a regular toothbrush (though with a better conscious).

I've used this toothbrush for a few months now, and I love it and will continue to purchase it. My favorite thing about it is how soft the bristles are. I personally do not have any issues with my gums getting irritated after brushing; quite frankly I find the bristles to be very comfortable, and they clean my teeth rather well. That being said, I do not have any issues with sensitive gums or anything like that. As for the rigidity of the handle - yeah, it's a rod-like wooden handle, so it's not going to be as comfortable as something synthetic. I do think the design of the handle could be more ergonomic, but these things are not going to stop me from continuing to use this toothbrush, because quite frankly, I love the simplicity and sustainability of this product.

but I can't. I'm big on composite and recycle so I wanted to give bamboo toothbrushes a try. I have yet to try other brands but this was not well-designed enough. It splits quite easily and doesn't get into the back of my teeth too well, and I got my first cavities in forever... not fun.

I've been meaning to switch to bamboo toothbrushes for a long time now but kept putting it off because 1. I was worried that the bamboo would feel like one of those weird wooden scoops they give you with plastic containers of ice cream and 2. I was afraid the bristles would be too soft since I usually buy medium firmness toothbrushes. But neither of those things has been an issue at all! The softness of the bristles is really nice and my teeth still feel super clean, and it doesn't feel like splintery wood at all. In fact, when I'm brushing, I don't even notice the difference between a plastic toothbrush. I absolutely love these and will definitely be keeping them stocked under my sink!

Such a great product! The packaging is beautiful, clean, and all recyclable. The packaging alone surprised me and showed the quality of the product. On opening, the toothbrushes are beautiful, smoothly shaped bamboo, each labeled with a number 1-4 so a family of four can use the product simultaneously. The bristles are soft and leave my teeth feeling clean and my gums unirritated. I’ve used this tooth brush for over a week and the entire brush is holding up extremely well. I love this product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, a product that is entirely recyclable and eco friendly, and that actually leaves your teeth cleaner than a traditional plastic toothbrush.
