UGG Men's Ascot Slipper

I'm picky about my slippers. I want them to fit right. I want them to have classic styling. I want them to be well made and durable. And, I want them to be amazingly comfortable and warm. I just bought my first pair of UGGS. I try to avoid trendy labels because I think they're usually just hype. Knowing that UGGS have historically been a celebrity brand, I tried to avoid them. But after a lengthy search, I finally settled on these slippers based on product reviews, and the other criteria I listed above. Granted they were expensive. Sometimes you just have to shell out the cash to get quality. And, I am not only NOT disappointed, I am positively thrilled. These things hug my feet, are chock full of plush lining, and have all the appearances of a quality product. Time will tell if they hold up to my demanding wear, but after a few days I am still very glad I bought these. I wore them outside on my deck in winter temperatures in the teens, and my feet couldn't tell they were outside. As of now, I would DEFINITELY but these again. Two week follow up: As always, the interior piling has begun to flatten out, however only slightly when compared to synthetic piling. I still can't get over how warm they keep my feet. If these things ever wear out, I'm absolutely buying another pair. UGGS - if you can hear me....don't ever change this product, and don't ever stop selling it. Two months in, and I'm still in love. Well, it's been a year now. These slippers are currently unavailable, and that's a shame. I hope they haven't been discontinued. They're such a classic look and fit! Also, one year in (under COVID conditions, mind you) and these things still look brand new on the outside. As expected, the inside piling has begun to mat a bit. BUT, they still keep my feet amazingly warm and toasty. Someday I may need a new pair and, when that happens, I hope they're available. I wish now that I'd purchased a second pair as a back-up for when that day comes. I'm past year two and these are still going strong. If they ever wear out, though, I'm STILL getting another pair. So far, though, no damage or serious wear. I'm now at the four year mark. The outer shells are still pristine. The inner lining has become matted and needs to be cleaned. Unfortunately I cannot find any reliable instructions for cleaning the interior and getting them fluffed up again. BUT - for the price point, I am quite satisfied that I got four solid years out of them. I've already ordered a replacement pair (different color - didn't have my color in stock). When the new pair arrives, I'm going to go to work on these and hope I don't ruin them in the process.

These slippers are the most comfortable footwear I've ever owned! Since many customers seem to be confused as to which size they should order, here's a bit of advice for you: I live close to the Union Square Shopping District here in San Francisco. I walked over to the Downtown SF UGG Store and tried on the Ascot Slipper with Store Manager assistance. My foot measures EXACTLY size 9 D (M), so I tried on both a size 9 D (M) and a size 10 D (M). I can see why many customers are saying to buy one size up because the abundant amount of UGG PURE wool made my true size 9 D (M) feel quite snug. I noticed that the size 10 D (M) felt like it fit better at first, but after walking around the store (with regular cotton socks on) I noticed that the heal started to slip just a bit. The Store Manager said the vast majority of the UGG Ascot Slippers she sells feel tight at first, but "break in" to feel quite normal after several days of wear. To avoid excessive returns, she ALWAYS tells her customers to order their exact street shoe size, NOT one size up. So, I decided to purchase the size 9 D (M) from Amazon.com and I'm SO GLAD I didn't order the larger size! I plan on wearing my slippers with no socks, and it's important to know that I have normal (to slightly narrow) width feet. If you plan on wearing thick socks, or have wider than normal feet then you might consider ordering a size up, since half sizes aren't available (or possibly a wider size if you have wider than normal feet). Everyone's feet are unique, so you will have to decide if it makes sense to go up a size as several customers have suggested. I'm glad I didn't order a size up though, because my heal would be slipping by now if I had. I hope this sizing information helps! Give yourself the gift of comfort with these awesome slippers, they are well made, toasty warm and great for wearing around the house on chilly days.

I bought these for my husband before his surgery. He has an older pair, but he said he forgot how soft and warm these shoes felt until he put these on his feet. He said they're like a hug in a shoe. The fit was perfect...he liked the look and and ease of wear. Uggs never disappoint in quality.

This is the third pair of this model of UGG slipper I've owned. What can I say about the first two pair? They were comfortable, good quality, with plush lining and durable too. The first two pair lasted around 8 years. Talk about getting your money's worth. Well, this new pair looks and fits as well as the first two. However, the lining seems a little less plush. Time will tell about the durability. The thinner lining is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

Ideal item for me. Replaces slippers and walkaround footwear. Long lasting second pair I have owned in the past 10 years

UGGs are always great! I bought these for my husband and he loves them. They are like all UGGs are, they are flat with no arch support. But that's not why I bought them. We love the design and that they are durable. The rubber bottom is great for indoor/outdoor use and makes them slip resistant. Worth the purchase.

Prese due settimane fa e adesso non saprei come fare senza. È una pantofola, ma per come si presenta potrebbe passare benissimo per una scarpa un po’ “bizzarra”, infatti ha la suola di gomma e quindi è molto utile per non scivolare, specie dalle scale. È molto comoda e caldissima, quindi perfetta per chi ha sempre freddo ai piedi ed è costretto a stare molto tempo fermo davanti al pc. Io ho un 44 e 1/2, perciò ho preso un 45 e devo dire che per ora mi calza bene. Spero che col tempo non ceda troppo. Ancora non l’ho lavata, quindi non so dare informazioni in tal senso.
