Does this work with the frozen car toy?

Electric n water(frozen) probably not a good mix until the battery warms up if you’re talking seized I have no clue

As soon as I plug the charger in it turns green. Hook up the battery and it stays green. Could it be bad?

In this case, we think the battery may be broken. Hope this will help you.

Does it work on feber range rover?

Please make sure the port in the car fits the Plug of the charger and the voltage is 12v.Please see the product pictures for the shape of the plug.Hope this helps.
