I don't use as often as I should and it can be itchy because it really makes you sweat! Used with some exercise like super mild and portion control it's helped my not have wrinkly saggy skin with my weight loss of 33lbs. I found this item very try to what it is. Reviews are right. Go down a size when ordering and it should fit. BUT "beware" if you do not have a thigh gap like myself, you will be letting everyone know you are coming. Every step I take there is a loud swoosh noise. Which is very unpleasant when you are exercising with others, or outside on a nice day. Instead of hearing the birds you hear your legs rubbing together.

I have purchased similar pair about 2 months ago for my sister that cost few $$ more and I don't see any difference between them. Same quality, same stitching as if they come from the same factory. You don't need to go to gym or have a gym equipment to exercise. These pants will make you sweat crazy just by doing your regular house chores. If you enjoy dancing, just put your favorite jam on and dance like nobody sees you.These are basically made of rubber and some people do get reaction/irritation when it's in direct contact with the skin especially while sweating. I would advice wearing thin cotton leggings underneath if you having reaction. My sister did not get any reaction. But I do recall while ago after my firstborn I was wearing neoprene belt trimmer and I was getting red bumps so I was wearing it over a cotton tank top and did not get any bums afterwardsThey smell funky right out of the package but the smell goes away after airing them out.

So I bought a vest and decided to buy the pants too, I read that it ran a little big and I usually wear 2XL so I went with 1XL. I'm so glad I did! It fit perfect! wasn't too tight or anything just perfect! These babies make me sweat so bad and I love the feel of freedom when I take them off lol. I do have a problem of when I'm walking these pants make so much noise! Just a minor problem but I'm good with it

I have bought these in the past from a different seller and a Large fit me, I ordered a Large and they were too tight, the XL fits fine. They do make you sweat. I recomend pairing with a neoprene corset/vest to get full experience. Make sure you do a stretch test, the crotch is where the seams will separate, these were perfect , I've worn them 5 times already no problem. Bought from this seller because my other seller no longer carried it, I will be back again.

I bought these in a 3XL based on the measurement guide. I am 5'6, more size 16 than 18. The item was a bit on the large size. I returned them, received a prompt refund. I reordered this item in a 2XL. They fit much better. I haven't yet had a chance to wear them while working out (received them yesterday). Pleased with purchase.

Let me tell you they’re very noisy when you move or walk but if you can get past that they look and fit great. I ordered my normal size and they’re perfect. I mean holy heat and sweat Batman. I was drenched by the end of my workouts with sweat. I can tell you with confidence that if you looking to boost you attempts to shed inches in you lower body then these slimming pants will be the thing that you need. They’re stylish as well and work for multiple types of workouts. Be sure to drink plenty of water and remember they do get super hot!!

All the usual things about neoprene are true here: they're smelly and loud when you walk. However, I'm especially happy with these pants because they're soft and fit well - no weird gaps or bulging seams. My favorite thing about them is that they don't restrict my movement - I recommend these if you're going to be wearing them for pilates or yoga. I'm 5'7" and 135 pounds and the XL fits me very comfortably.

Excellent product, you sweet a lot. I don’t like the smell, I think with each wash will go away. It covers my belly too. I have 80kg and I got a xl, good fit.

Comode e si suda davvero. Risultati visibili in poco tempo! Necessità di un doppio risciacquo causa odore persistente del materiale. Ho una 44 e ho preso una L ma andava bene anche una M.

J'ai toujours eu des doutes sur ce genre de vêtements, mais là, je n'ai pas été déçue.Bien entendu, il ne faut pas s'attendre à transpirer à grosses gouttes, comme on peut le voir sur certaine vidéo.Je l'ai porté 2 jours de suite en ayant effectué des marches de 7 km et bien il a fait le job.J'ai effectivement bien transpiré et j'avais cette sensation de drainage, car je suis passée par la case toilette plus qu'à mon habitude.Je l'ai pris en taille m et je fais du 40.Il est très agréable au toucher, ne glisse pas et ne serre pas trop la taille non plus.Je recommande vraiment, mais ne pas oublier de faire du sport pour obtenir toutes ses qualités.
