First off: The packing was great (I hate wasted packaging), the bottles were double-sealed (yay!), and the price was affordable (especially for two entire bottles!)I've had a love/hate relationship with my hair, skin and nails for as long as I can remember. Whereas my nails are gorgeous when they grow out, they break easily. Same for my hair. My skin has moments where it looks virtually flawless, but other times I am riddled with acne, inflammation and slight eczema around my nose.Searching for a natural remedy, I found many online blogs and articles on how Biotin could FINALLY be my answer to better hair, skin and nails - and boy! Were they correct! After taking this supplement for about 10 days, I can already see where the "new nail" growth in at the bottom near my cuticle is stronger with no calcium deposits. My skin is doing fabulous too and seems to have a healthy "glow" about it. No major breakouts in the past week.I can't wait to see if my hair can get past what I'm thinking is it's "limit" for length - down my back it hits just above my bra strap. I want two more inches!!I will continue to take this Biotin supplement and report my results as I noticed additional positive side effects (and if I notice any negative ones, those will be reviewed too). My husband read about biotin supplements online and how they're supposed to make hair healthier, so we thought we'd experiment with them to see if they would help his beard to come in thicker (he has some Native American in him so his beard is patchy and incomplete). After a week of using the supplements, we were shocked to see hair actually growing in the bald spots on his face! It's mostly peach fuzz but some of it has darkened over the course of a few days to a dark brown. The only drawback to taking the supplement has been that he had to stop taking his multivitamin because it contains 100% Pantothenic acid, which I guess has the potential to negatively interact with high doses of biotin. He's also been urinating more frequently, but I suppose that should come as no surprise, seeing how biotin is water soluble and the excess is peed out. Otherwise, we have only good things to say about the supplement, though he will probably switch back to his multivitamin for a little while at least.

I am really lucky and blessed that a friend of mine recommended this product to me. I have tried several Biotin supplements before, not to mention other hair and beauty supplements, but none worked IMMEDIATELY like this one did. I am SO excited I found these supplements as my hair is super shiny, seems stronger almost over night, and 2 co-workers even noticed it. The ingredients are 100% natural, which is why they absorb and work so quickly in your system. Needless to say, I am a customer for life and will be back again after these run low. I am going through the change of life and things change. Biotin is really cool! This week I have strong, strong white tipped nails (naturally). This is great feedback. I have thick hair but I'm noticing it isn't falling out as much as before. Just had to share!
