Very easy to use with little waste. Saw of the sheet is handy great for my boat repair.

It's flat, water resistant and the dimensions noted are correct. What more could you want from a piece of plywood.

Not Remotely Marine Grade Plywood
At best, BCx grade. Inner plys are full of knots, checks, and voids. A 10" wide rip has a void running all the way through. This material might be useful as subflooring, (in a house), but is worthless for any boat projects.
