Yes it is more expensive than lots of bags out there. Yes it is made of a heavy duty material. Yes there are lots of compartments and I am assuming this will be a perfect addition to my luggage for flying. The outside pockets will be great to put phone and passports in for easy access. The inside area is divided up in to compartments and there are also small pockets. Well made seams and a focus on Quality. That is what you should expect. I would buy this bag again.

I returned this backpack because it's too heavy and the buckles pinch fingers when you snap them shut besides it's just too heavy when empty and had a peculiar smell of canvas. The webbing dangles all over the place and has a tendency to be caught in car doors and on the TSA belt.It's very uncomfortable on the bag and you start sweating with in ten minutes after filling a 3 Litre hydration pack no space to put any thing else. The buckles are like a parachute harness.

Made in USA! Strong as iron with plenty of room and usable compartments. Only one small downside, the shoulder straps are not real comfortable. Needs breaking in.

This is far and away the most uncomfortable daypack I've ever worn. The yoke is so narrow that it'll rub your neck raw. The waist belt doesn't provide any support. You're better off buying from Tactical Tailor or London Bridge -- both made in the USA and berry compliant. I'll never buy anything from FF again.

My last backpack I will have to buy for my teen son!

It is what I expected it to be.
