I bought this pillow to help with my back pain while sleeping, and so far I really like it. It gives me good support and elevation, which makes it more comfortable for my back and legs. It’s also made pretty well and the stitching looks nice and solid. For the price, I think it’s a great value. I’m happy with the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

Bought this after my siatic nerve has been pinched so bad it had become debilitating. My new Chiropractor suggested getting one of these under my knees to relieve pressure off of my lower spine while sleeping. I was using regular pillows and they helped for a little bit but the pain always got worse through the night. I was desperate and was willing to try anything!! Let me just say WOW!!! This pillow has been a complete game changer for me. It is very firm but not too firm. It's doesn't flatten out throughout the night like regular pillows did. It's just the right height to relieve pressure on my lower back instantly and does not cut off blood flow to your feet. I also find it comfortable to use between my knees when laying on my side of I put it long ways. It also has a removable cover that can be washed in the washing machine. I don't put it in the dryer just to be safe. I don't want it to shrink. If you have low back pain or sciatica and don't have one of these, this is a must have!! Get one you will not be disappointed!

I actually recommend this for people with and without surgery as i think this is overall good for everyone. The size is actually big and not small. Very firm and good for long periods of time.

It’s firm and cushy, so entirely decent. The fabric is a little bit scratchy, so better to use with a pillowcase.

I originally bought the taller version of this pillow, but it made my knees hurt after sleeping on it all night. This pillow is the right height. It's more comfortable than those half-circle knee pillows. I wake up with less lower back pain since I started using this pillow. I recommend it if you're having any back pain after sleeping.

So far it has been great & is doing what I needed it to do. Has kept its shape, hasn’t squished down to flat But only second night so might change in a week or two.

Pretty comfy pillow. Good neck support and I'm not waking up stiff anymore. Like that one side is soft and fuzzy and the other is cooler. Cover zips off so it's easy to wash. Had a bit of a smell when I opened it but it went away. Worth it for the price.

Waited 24 hrs to use this pillow. It is nice and firm, has a washable cover and is doesn't sag while using it. Great support pillow.
