Bioganix Shut Eye Natural Sleep Aid Supplement with Melatonin and Valerian Root for Adults, 60 Capsules

I have been using this company's other sleep product Natural Sleep Support and it worked pretty well. When I saw they had a new one I decided to try it. It helps me stay asleep better than any other products I have been using. I will definitely continue to purchase!

This had all the right ingredients (same as supplements I’ve tried before) but for some reason it’s not as effective as other brands. I’ll have to look at the list and see if maybe some of the ingredients are lower dose than I was taking before.

I take it about an hour before I go to bed and I sleep like a baby :)

I do believe my quality of sleep is better after taking this, and I fall asleep within about 30 minutes of taking it if I'm in bed. It doesn't feel like a super heavy sleep, which I would prefer, but it's definitely better than without the pills.

Not hard on my stomach. Helps me sleep throughout the night. Only negative I have is that it takes me a little longer to sleep. Might be a personal issue but they're good.

It appears that the bottle was smashed or ran over. It was damaged when we pulled out of the packaging. Disappointing as some of the capsules are damaged and needed this before leaving for a trip.

I like this becuae its all natural and puts me t sleep within a half hour but I still wake up at 3am every night, so not exactly a deep restful sleep as advertised.

Worked great. Fell asleep and awoke with no grogginess. I took he rx as prescribed and thought that it was a bit much for me. I scaled back to one pill a night and it was sufficient for my needs.
