Be careful with this product.
After following my usual protocol to ground myself, the battery and the laptop, the battery must've still managed to hold more than plenty of static cause it fried my laptop. I had to buy a new sabrent nvme pcie drive, 16gb crucial ram card, and a new motherboard. I got reimbursed for the Dell battery and am currently dealing with a claim. I just hope that they stay reasonable. Double check that youve got all the static gone. Heck even 3 times.... would I buy from them again? Yes... but I'm making sure there no static residing anymore by all means.
