We have a commercial building with several offices. Someone broke into the original mailboxes bought from Lowes and we replaced them with these. Much heavier gauge steel and a more secure door. We're happy so far!

I purchased this to use as a Key drop box for our repair shop. First impression, the box looked perfect for what we needed it for. The color was a darker blue than the photo, but still worked for our color scheme. However, the box we received came damaged inside and the door didn't close flush. I am returning this only because I realized the mail slot was not big enough for all keys ( see photos). We have customers who have multiple keys or decorative key chains on their keys that may not fit. Unfortunately, we have to find another one elsewhere. But this seemed very durable and looked awesome. I also tested the key with some similar keys we have and none of them would open the box. So, the key security is there, no one can open it with another type of key.

I want to start by saying that I put this inside an office building and NOT outside. I saw that this particular box rusts easily outside, so I do not want this review used for someone who is planning to use the drop box outside in the weather.First off, when unboxing this product, I was blown away that this product came with not just the screws required for the job, but a 4mm drill bit AND a Drive Bit. Our handy man was even thoroughly impressed that all he needed to bring with him was JUST a drill to help me mount it. I think installation took all of 3 minutes from start to finish.Amazing packaging. Seems pretty sturdy and should do what I need it to do. I thought this mailbox was pretty expensive when first looking at my different options but am honestly very happy that I went with this one especially since all of the required tools were all included. Hopes this helps someone.

Very sturdy and it’s holding up well with our Northeastern Weather

This product is tough, and comes with everything you need for easy installation. I was impressed with the drilling templet, drill bit, and instructions. Companies don’t put that much effort anymore but this company did. Good quality box PERFECT for till operations at my business. This is a great cash drop box for new businesses who are saving up for a larger safe.

The actual slot to put the mail in was barely big enough to put two pieces of mail (in thickness, not width) through at the same time. So no way a magazine was fitting through it or keys (advertized that it could be used as a key drop off box.) Not this box. Mailman would have to stand there and feed one piece of mail into it at a time. That will not serve us for our purposes. Other than that, the box seemed sturdy and would be a secure.
