I use just a small amount, not a full press, twice a day, morning and night. If I feel tired, an extra pea-sized amount boosts my energy. The high hormone content makes it a great value. This cream is a Godsend! It is the most amazing product ever. It offers enough strength of a higher concentration of Estriol but also adds MSM in it. MSM has been shown to help with the auto immune disorder of Interstitial Cystitis. It does help alot and it helps with the other issues of low estrogen without the threat of causing cancer. Estriol prevents breast cancer, remember, so people be advised that this is just what we need.

I have Lupus. So all my hormones were low, especially progesterone. Love this companies 75 mg. progesterone cream! In comparing estrogen creams from other companies, (I've tried 5) this one is the BEST for me! I've tried this companies 2.5 that is 80/20 estriol/estradiol and this one is much better. For some reason if I use an estrogen with any estradiol it causes signs of estrogen excess, headache, thyroid issues, insomnia... I've have also used a 100% estriol cream from another manufacturer but this one is much better. I think the fact that I cannot use ANY estradiol is because I have an autoimmune. Highly recommend doing a search on estrogen quotient or reading the book on Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement: The Science Explained by Jonathan V. Wright MD.

I have been using this cream for about 3 months now and i have noticed my skin looking younger and my hair being fuller. My boyfriend told me a few days ago that I look younger! I really wanted to love this cream after reading the reviews but it was not for me. The consistency was good and made my skin feel smooth but after trying for a couple of weeks on and off, it was clear that it was giving me bad headaches. I would stop for a couple of nights to see and when I used it again, I would get such a bad headache that it would wake me up in them middle of the night. I realize that everyone is different so it may work for some - just not for me.

My mother in law has been having problems since the manufacturer quit making her estrogen, so I ordered this for her. She tried it and and noticed a difference the first day. Her energy was back up, her mood was more stable she is so thrilled to finally find something that actually works.

Goes on easily, stops the hot flashes and is supposedly safer than estradiol. I’ve tried lower doses but they don’t stop my hot flashes so the 5 mg works better for me.

In using this product for about a week and a half, I can honestly say, that IT WORKS. I feel so much better and it also gives me, very good energy. I feel more confident and happy. A bonus, this product is All Natural and bioidentical. My body seems to love it. I am very chemical sensitive , so I experience harsh side effects right away, but not with this product. I feel blessed that we have a company, that makes these kinds of useful, effective products, rather than go to a medical clinic and use mare horse urine processed estrogen, which causes harmful things to your body. I truly can say, this product works and I do feel much better.
