What are the ingredients?

1000 mg is the total weight (of all the oils) and there are 320 mg omega-3 oils in each softgel. EPA (EicosaPentaenoic Acid) 160 mg, DHA (DocosaHexaenoic Acid) 100 mg, Other Omega-3's 60 mg. I think they include sardines and mackerel in their fish oils.

Does this formula contain shellfish?

As far as I can see it does not contain shellfish, The back of the label says contains fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel) then it says Shell: beef gelatin, glycerin, water. Probably referring to the gelatin capsule that it's contained in.

Of the two flavors, lemon or orange, which do you all prefer? I have had their lemon liquid and that was great. But orange?

Honestly, I like the lemon better but that's just my personal preference. I have had the orange before and it was good too.

Is the oil derived from Pacific or Atlantic caught fish?

The container does not say, but considering for the location of Norway, I would guess the surrounding waters namely the North Sea and the the Norweigian Sea. It is very unlikely to be Pacific Ocean sourced.
