How do I remove a cracked Camera lens cover? I’ve been trying for weeks but it seems stuck.

You can use a card to lift the camera lens protector from any corner of the camera lens protector. Once the corner has been lifted off the device, hold the camera lens protector and remove slowly, please see the attached video. 
For your safety, we recommend that you wear gloves when removing the lens protector.
