I have used this 3 times now and it works perfectly. It does get a little too hot after the initial warm-up but I just turn the setting down for a few minutes and then it gets to a comfortable temperature. The wax works great, no need for strips as it hardens and pulls off the hair that way, but I think the honey wax smells horrible but that is personal opinion so I cannot factor that into my overall star rating.

I liked using this wax warmer. It heat up the beads in approx 15 min. It took about 4 bags of wax it came with to do both half legs. It got most of the hairs out, except for the smaller thinner ones. Was pretty good though. The only thing is that i have had ingrown hairs, which is because i didn't exfoliate before and after. But that happens to all types of hair removal. Be careful though the wax gets very hot in the beginning.

I do like this product, however I have only used it once because it's so time consuming, messy and the smaple wax doesn't pull much hair. I have bought new wax, so I'll try it again and update when I can.

I've done wax with wax strips, pre loaded wax strips and always bruised my skin and left hair.. this stuff is so amazing!! My first application I forgot the oil.. so felt like a wax strip but got the hair.. next spot I used the oil and no pain and got the hair! I've never used something like this before so a total newbie, but got it figured out and will use this now instead of a razor on the bikini area.. A++

Stopped working after 2 uses! Worked pretty great but not worth the money to use only twice. Went to use it the 3rd time and wont turn on.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use. It is compact so it doesn't take up all my counter space which I love. It came with wax packs. It also came with tweezers that are in a case which are AMAZING! The instructions that are included are very easy to follow. The skin is soft and smooth after I waxed that area. Definitely will be using this a lot

I used to go out do the waxing and never find the time for it. after using this warmer I realize how much money it saves and I can do it at home after the kids are sleeping. The wax and warmer warm quickly and the temperature is easy to adjust. It works great wiping the hair and does not hurt. I will definitely buy it again.

Did not come with sticks and im confused as to what the little metal piece is for
