I have been using a very expensive brand off and on for over a year. I stopped taking that one because I didn’t feel much effectiveness at the end. But I still want to add ginseng int my routine since I have been having fatigue. The first day I tried it was when I was having horrible period cramps, I throw up and did not eat anything for that whole day. After taking it that evening, my avg rest heart rate and HRV was surprisingly doing better than those nights before I took it. I consistently took it for a few days and stopped it for couple days and I saw the matching difference showing on my avg rest heart rate and HRV. I am happy with the results and effectiveness. Even though after couple weeks my HRV went back to my normal state, I still feel this ginseng is contributing something to my health.

It has made a huge difference on my energy levels and also on my calm levels without losing focus, so i love it because of that. Still not used to the flavor but that is a small minus.It is beautifully package and defenitely high quality. My friend, whom is Korean, gave it to me as a present and i bought more when it was about to finish.
