Sportneer Wrist and Strength Training Device Forearm Strong Training

Perfect 👌 great exercise tool, I play electric guitar and this is a good tool for building up muscles on both my arms and wrists ive been using it for over a week now and I see an feel a big difference in the amount more time ⏲️ I can spend playing guitar without feeling my arms getting tired and cramping up.

This is of good quality and excellent at the price, it certainly works the forearms. Fast delivery as well. Buy one you wont be dissapointed.

This great wrist exercise. I don't understand about the two sizes though. Mine is the smaller of the two. Are there two models or are they adjustable somehow?

This is a good addition for me I enjoy using it as it does work out your forearms

It does the job but it is a little awkward getting my arm in there for the exercise

Great tool for my arms.

This is so good probably the best thing I’ve bought on amazon in a while really good quality I will be buying another one soon just so I have a spare one

Only used this product a couple of times. Seems alright but needs a bit of work to get it going. It’d probably help in the long run with wrist strength and such but I guess I’d have to start with something a little less strenuous. (And stick to it lol)
