Bought once before and was ok. Bought second time and product was not freeze dried..... it was FREEZE BURNED! It was almost black and when I tried to feed the fish it turned to powder. Not even recognizable as brine shrimp. This was one of the worst cases of a manufacturer “getting rid” of a product that they KNEW GOOD AND WELL WHAT THEY WERE DOING. No way did the quality control department let this accidentally slip by.

DO not buy this purchased mine in feb . not expire date on package started using when other food supply ran out. IN LESS THAN A MONTH IT HAS KILLED ALL MY FISH. I SAY AGAIN if you love you fish DO NOT BUY THIS product and verify anything you do get. IF I COULD STILL GET A REFUND I WOULD . I will at least warn everyone do not use this product it killed my everything in my tank parrots (5) one a red parrot . several angel fish and several more.

I worry that they are chemically dried and not freeze dried. Or that they were off when dried.15 tanks and not even my CATFISH will touch them. What won't a catfish eat? This!I wish I hadn't bought bulk to save money.On the upside after 2 years of trying to find anything the mice in my house would go for to bait traps, it turns out this stuff is crack for the mice in my house. They tore into it scattering it all over and eating most of it in 1 night. Who knew that peanut butter hating mice love brine shrimp.

the product smells burnt, is dark red/brown and none of my cichlids will eat it. How can you know about the product issues without opening the box?????This is pure BS. I am not going to send this back to these guys then be notified that my refund is $0.03 based on their terms and their math. They have the product and when they slap another label on and ship it out they have doubled their money. I'll throw it out before I "give" it back to them

Well I purchased this for my Cichlids a few days ago and am very pleased. The item was shipped faster than expected and the quality was top notch! My fish went crazy when I dropped these in and did not leave a crumb behind. I received more than I paid for as well because I paid for 4 oz.(Quarter Pound) and received 4.75. Almost a while Oz. over. The cubes were all in tact and item was well shipped. Great Job guys!!

I've purchased these brine shrimp cubes 4 or 5 times. They are always fresh, firm cubes, not dry and crumbly like the small jars at the pet stores. I feed koi fry and the fry always love them. I would give five stars for the product, but it is disturbing to me that the seller responds so rudely to people who say their cubes look burned. Address the question, don't insult the customer for asking. I've included a picture. Some of my cubes look burned too. It doesn't seem to affect the quality, but the seller should explain what this is so that customers understand.

My fish had a very mediocre response to these brine shrimp cubes. I expected them to go crazy over them and nobody really did. Some liked them OK, some won’t eat them at all. My dogs and cats were extremely excited about the smell, but the fish, not so much. The cubes smelled meaty, slightly briny, but not rancid at all, just rather typical of a meaty fish food. I was a bit surprised at the overall mediocre feeding response. Wouldn’t buy again, but you may have better luck. I don’t think it’s a bad product, may be better for marine fish?

Thanks guys. Fish in my 40 gallon breeder tank LOVE these. Also the native fish in my stream have finally made a comeback this year and grew like 7 or 8 inches in 2 months and breed like CRAZY, while retaining their natural color. All thanks to you're high quality product. It sends the fish into a total, 50 mouths snapping shut, here come their friends, feeding frenzy. Ducks will be fat and happy this winter. I plan to stop feeding in Fall.
