The material is cheap, the stickers peel off after a the second day. I bought this for my 2 yr old for Christmas but he couldn’t use it because the front tires did not spin (defected)and to top it off the charger came broken! I email them but I couldn’t get in touch with them until I email amazon that’s when they respond my emails. A guy name Sean called me and at first he was nice he said he can send me a new charger and that he would help me trouble shoot this thing. I just had enough and told him I want my money back and that’s when he got aggressive!! He try to intimidate me buy saying that I might not get all my money Back and that I need to buy a box of a certain size. To sum it off I had to make my own box because that box is not available . So please don’t buy this thing and if you did save the box !! I would think that because it’s expensive I don’t have to worry,but I was wrong. It took a month but they did re found my money back.

So going to leave my original review below but updated as I contacted seller and they were more than accommodating to my needs even to go as far as extending $25 back to my amazon account due to the bar that protects the battery being broken on arrival. They offered either replacement parts for issues or suggestions on how to make better. They also shared they keep parts on hand so doing business with them will be helpful should one need.Very disappointed in this truck. We purchased for our 3 and 4 year old boys. When putting together there were 3 main issues. We hope that the company will help but still waiting to hear.1- there is a rod that holds the battery in place under the seat. Where the rod screws I to the car was broken upon our receipt. So a chunk of plastic was pulled out not allow the rod to be screwed and support battery from moving2-the decals are cheap and one of the side stripes was defective, it just peeled away from the plastic3-when putting on the wheels there was an issue as one of them didn’t include a normal black piece that pops in wheel where wheel connectsThis is an expensive item for the quality

Poorly packaged. Came with broken parts. Worked for about 6 rides and battery will no longer charge. Do not recommend.

Literally the worst ride on I have ever purchased, and we have had a bunch!I bought two of these one fire truck one police car. Straight from website but since they won’t allow bad reviews I’ll post here.Let’s list the crap...Missing parts police car missing snap on rail yet we got an extra tire??Instructions look like old photo copies from when I was in third grade impossible to read...!SLOW they suck high speed low speed both are crapStickers fall off next day...Full charge when you can get it, maybe last an hour of ride time.Neither remote even works but that’s ok we didn’t need them anyway since no danger of getting hurt a such low speed, my 4 year old falls asleep driving it is so slow!Now what I have decided to do, since the power wheels trucks work a million times better I have since robbed the battery and subsequently charger that by the way is over two years of hard use old! I have swapped batteries and the fire truck is better not great but at least it last most of the day now!I’m putting this out there go buy a cheaper power wheel you will be glad you did.
